Grandson IT is a concept and a practice that is incredibly valuable
for us octogenarians and septuagenarians who have basic
computer skills but often find it challenging to address or fix both
minor or more substantial tech issues. This was the case for me.
One problem was an annoying and continuing issue when I
opened my computer and another web site appeared that I had to
remove manually, but Grandson IT simply uninstalled the shift
browser, something I wouldn’t have thought to do. I also had a
problem with the conversion of a scanned document to word
rather than to a PdF, which Grandson IT fixed by changing the
default application. A printer problem involving the connection
between the computer and the printer was also addressed.
Grandson IT was quick, explained each issue clearly, is very
personable, and a pleasure to be with and have his help.
