I highly recommend Grandson I. T. for in home tech support. Daniel Fernandez, who founded this company, has visited my home to help with tech issues a number of times. He has installed a new router so that I now have strong wifi signals on all 3 floors of my house; helped me understand and use OnePassword; fixed the connection to a backup hard drive.
Daniel is knowledgeable, calm, articulate and can explain complicated tech issues so that I understand. He also is comfortable with all my devices no matter how old they are. This is in contrast to previous tech helpers I have had.
