I asked Grandson IT to help me solve a number of issues,
including computer-related storage issues. I had been
reluctant to deal with a message alerting me that my cloud
storage was dangerously close to being full. I could not
understand why this was the case, since I already paid for
cloud storage and my computer had considerable storage
space. I even wondered if the message was a scam of some
sort. Grandson IT checked out my whole storage situation,
explained the various kinds of storage, and advised me on
multiple options for addressing the storage shortage
suggested by the message (not a scam). I am very relieved
and grateful to have successfully addressed this problem with
the help of Grandson IT
I should add that, following our session, Grandson IT sent me
a written recap that clearly recounted the information and
options he had provided and offered some further
suggestions for other issues I had raised, based on research
he had conducted after our session. I greatly appreciated this
refresher since I often forget specifics these days, particularly
those of a technical nature.
