When I finally got an iPhone, no one – certainly no one at the Apple store – and none of the beginner books seemed to understand that I needed to learn the absolute basics, like how to turn it on. And no one remembered what it felt like not to know these things. Luckily a friend told me about Daniel, who is knowledgeable, flexible, and endlessly patient and encouraging. Now, thanks to him, when there’s a new how-to I want to master, I know that I just can’t do it yet.
